Personal activity

Since 2003 I have run my own property projects, from the plot to the tenant: land sourcing, financing, design and drawings, building permit, contractor selection, site supervision, then letting and management. On some houses I did part of the work myself; on others I supervised the contractors.

Track record: five houses delivered (2004, 2009, 2015, 2019, 2024), four currently let, one full renovation under way (2026).

Entrepreneurship & beyond work

Owner-builder and project manager, on my own account

Since 2003 I have designed and built five houses for rental, from plot to hand-over, doing part of the work myself (masonry, joinery, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tiling) or supervising contractors.

What it taught me: holding a budget and a schedule with no safety net, choosing between doing and outsourcing, and delivering under the financed amount.

Track record: 2004, 2009, 2015, 2019, 2024 delivered · full renovation under way (2026).
